Azacca is a new-ish hop variety who's lineage includes Northern Brewer and Summit. As a consequence this hop shows strong citrus aromas and flavours, with a layer of tropical fruit. Our XPA highlights the citrus elements on the nose and palate, with a moderate bitterness.
