Australian IPA

India Pale Ales (IPAs) highlight the amazingly varied world of hops. Our Australian IPA is a summer style IPA that exhibits a nicely balanced fruit/floral character that works beautifully on a summer afternoon.

We start with a subtle wheat/oat driven beer, layers of Australian Ella, Galaxy, and Topaz hops and a fruit forward yeast. The combination provides a lightly hazy, rounded, sweet and fruity IPA, with a mild and balancing bitterness.
