As a small independent business that is passionate about craft beer, we believe in the power of fresh, local ingredients to create exceptional beers. That's why we're thrilled to introduce our latest creation, Fresh As Pub Ale, brewed with wet hops straight from Ryefield Hops in Bemboka, NSW.

The journey of Fresh As Pub Ale begins in the hop fields of Bemboka, where our team handpicked twenty kilos of cascade hops. These hops were then carefully transported back to our brewery, where they were immediately added to the whirlpool of the mash tun. This process ensures that the hops retain their freshness, giving our ale a unique and vibrant flavour profile.

One of the standout features of this year's cascade hops is their citrusy and spicy notes. When combined with the English yeast we selected, the result is a pub ale that is highly sessionable yet bursting with flavour. 

We're proud to say that Fresh As Pub Ale is a true representation of our commitment to quality and sustainability. We have made this beer by using locally sourced ingredients to support our local farmers and reduce our environmental impact.
