Pacific Peak XPA

XPA's are a relatively new style to the craft beer scene. They are typically lighter than a Pale Ale, but with the same level of hop character.

Our XPA uses new world, and old world hops to add a level of familiarity. There is a wonderful play between tropical fruit and a spicy pithy bitterness. The malt is light and semi-dry to add a layer of sweetness to balance.
